As a rule, we don’t allow returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or change the direction of your display. Most products have been ordered or manufactured for your pacific needs and requirements, so we have a strict policy in this regard

If you are unsure or are needing advice on any products before you purchase them, please contact me and I will help you the best I can.

Exceptions (to these Rules)

There will always be unexpected circumstances which may allow a return if the items are still in perfect and unused condition (Photos will be required) and the return freight is prepaid. A re-stocking charge may be applied (done on a case-by-case basis) and we will issue a credit so you can purchase another item instead. (No refund will be given)

Warranty Issues

All your items are quality check by us before it leaves our workshop. But in a rare case that we miss something, and you need to return an item for warranty or replacement, please contact us first, so we can talk to you about the problem and offer advice in the off chance that you have misunderstood the instructions. All transport cost for the return and resupply of the faulty item will be at the cost of Christmas Props Australia.
