Refunds and Returns Policy

Change of Mind

As a rule, we don’t allow returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or change the direction of your display. Most products have been ordered or manufactured for your specific needs and requirements, so our policy is strict in this regard.

If you are unsure or need advice on any products before you purchase, please contact Christmas Props Australia and we will help you the best we can.

Exceptions (to these Rules)

There will always be unexpected circumstances which may allow a return if the items are still in perfect and unused condition (Photos will be required) and the return freight is prepaid. A re-stocking charge may be applied (done on a case-by-case basis) and we will issue a credit so you can purchase another item instead. No refund will be given.

Warranty Issues

All your items are quality checked by us before they leave our workshop. However, in the rare case that we miss something, and you need to return an item for warranty or replacement, please contact us first, so we can talk to you about the problem and offer advice on the off chance that you have misunderstood any instructions or intended use/setup.

If you believe the item is faulty then we will require clear and detailed photos and/or video depicting the fault you have identified.

Once we have reviewed your issue and agree that the product is faulty then we will advise how we believe the issue may be best resolved most economically.

Before any return shipping occurs please discuss shipping methods and costs, remembering that each case will be unique and should be treated as such. For example, it may be more economical for a replacement product to be shipped directly to you avoiding any returns. In other cases, we may want to examine the product more closely to determine why the product has failed and need to inspect it in person.
