Shipping & Returns

As we will using the Aramex service. Deliveries can only be sent to an actual address and not to a P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers.

All items are manufactured here at our workshop in Toogoom Hervey Bay Qld 4655, but unfortunately all our printing is done in Brisbane Qld.

Non-printed items can take up to 14 days to process orders depending on the amount of stock on hand or the number of orders currently on the books waiting to be processed.

Printed items can take up to 4 weeks to be processed, as Christmas Props Australia have no control over the company that is doing our printing.

If you place an order for printed and non-printed items, they will be all shipped together with the printed items wrapped o it will protect them from scratching.

We are currently using a box size of 1200 x600x100mm, if the item does not fit into the box, it will be sliced for packing, if you don’t want the item sliced send me a message and I will arrange a quote for shipping whole, or you can pick it up in person at our workshop.
